I’m Stacey Steinmiller — business coach, spiritual guide, former psychotherapist, and founder of Radical Evolution. I spent over decade in clinical practice doing identity-level change work, including EMDR and trauma-specialized therapy, with people who had tried everything else. What I kept seeing was that the patterns showing up in my clinical clients were the exact same patterns showing up in entrepreneurs and business owners. So I left the clinical world and brought the same depth of work to business.
